If you have never gotten rats from us, you MUST fill out a questionnaire.
We may have more questions for you. If you are new to rats please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions, there's
nothing wrong with admitting you don't know, that's one advantage of getting rats from a breeder, I too ask other more experienced
breeders about things.
If you have already gotten rats from us, just e-mail us with what you are interested in we'll be happy to help.
After we get Back to you about available rats:
Once it has been decided which rats you are interested in, we will temporarily place any rat(s) on hold for you. I will
hold any rat(s) for you up to 4 weeks, in that time I will be taking second reservations and possibly third. If in that time
you decide not to adopt the rat(s) please let me know as soon as you can, so I can get these lil guys and gals to a new home.
In order to hold any rats longer then a week, we require a $5.00 non Refundable deposit per rattie.

Arrange a time to pick up your new rats
Babies must be at least 4-6 weeks of age (depending on the litter) at the time you wish to pick them up. This date will be
listed with each litter, so please try to plan it by that date, there can and will be few exceptions, Since I know it is rather
hard to plan things since something almost always happens *I should know*.
You will be required to sign an adoption contract before taking your new rats home. If you have gotten rats from me before
then I will just start another page behind the contract stating which rats you have added to you family.
We reserve the right at, any time , to refuse to adopt out a rat to anyone.

How to Reserve and Pre~reserve babies
Please, read Adoption Information page before reserving any babies.
Welcome to Pre~Reserving And Reserving ;)
To Pre~reserve a Baby rat before it's born simply fill out the questionnaire and tell me what you would like (color, markings,
gender, fur and ear type) And I will let you know as soon as I get that rat born, * Or I will let you know when I get something
Close to it*, Then the rules for Reserving will go into effect if you are still interested in the rat.

To Reserve a rat fill out the questionnaire and email it to me, Please include the names of the parents.
Are you a rat breeder?
Occasionally I will give other breeders first pick *Unless The baby was Pre~Reserved* I take a list of names for each
baby, I also take double reservations, just incase the first person changes their mind on the rat, then I will go to he next
person and so on and so forth.
I must have your phone number and the city to reserve or Pre-Reserve rats. *E-mail addresses are good too, especially
if you send me a questionnaire*
If you change your mind and do not want the reservation please, please let me know so I can make the baby available again
so that he or she will find a new loving home.
